Corporate Environmental Assessment Programs
Mr. Adams has developed and implemented the corporate environmental assessment programs for plastic manufacturing and scrap metal recycling concerns covering a broad spectrum of environmental issues such as permitting, compliance, record keeping and management systems. The environmental scope of the assessments for such facilities encompassed air, water, hazardous materials and waste, reporting and public notifications. These assessment programs formed the foundation for the implementation of corporate wide environmental management programs that were successfully implemented.

Scrap Metal Recycling Facilities
Mr. Adams managed the environmental affairs of a major scrap metal recycling facility with numerous sites in the western U.S. In this capacity, Mr. Adams was responsible for the regulatory compliance of the facilities with respect to a variety of environmental initiatives. In addition, Mr. Adams participated in the siting of new facilities and the implementation of various environmental upgrades to existing facilities. Examples of such activities included the identification, selection and permitting of a state of the art air emission system for auto shredding process, the implementation of storm water control and treatment systems and the remediation of facility operating sites.

Corporate Management of Environmental Affairs - Industrial Facilities
Mr. Adams has been the corporate manager of environmental affairs of both a nationwide plastic manufacturing concern and a scrap metal recycling company. Both entities functioned at numerous sites in the United States and abroad. In this capacity, Mr. Adams was responsible for the regulatory compliance of the facilities with respect to a variety of environmental initiatives in addition to due-diligence associated with proposed transactions and the siting of new facilities. Mr. Adams implemented various environmental upgrades to existing facilities. Examples of such activities included the identification, selection and permitting of state-of-the-art air emission systems for metallic shredding process, the implementation of storm water control and treatment systems and the remediation of facility operating sites.
